Today on the blog I’m talking about one of my favorite summer items, sun hats! My love for sun hats has only developed over the past couple of years, since before that I was always worried about sun hats covering too much of my face and then my face not getting tan. I now realize the importance of protecting the skin on my face and neck, since its so sensitive! Since I am still a college student, I’ve had to limit myself to only a couple of sun hats per season for budget reasons, which is so hard since there are so many to choose from! But I am super thrilled to be sharing this hat with you all. I think it’s a perfect neutral color that can be worn with just about anything, and I love all the detail this hat has. Today I’m sharing my recent rainy day look. Even though rainy days seem to happen at the worst times, I do love that they are a great excuse to bust out my Hunter boots. I’m also sporting an adorable Topshop sweatshirt dress, which is like wearing your favorite cozy sweatshirt all day long, but still looks super cute. And of course, no rainy day is complete without a classic trench. I don’t know about you, but this rainy weather has me counting down the days until I’m on the beach! For as long as I can remember, I have loved trench coats. As for the exact reason why…I couldn’t tell you, but the variety of colors, style variations and versatility of this key wardrobe piece just make me fall in love over and over again. Last year, I finally broke down and invested in the classic J.Crew trench and have had no regrets.
